Guy in France is working to build the first air car. An Investor from Texas asked the French inventor of the air car if he would sell him a franchise to sell his air cars in Texas. He had the million dollars it cost. The French guy said he refused to do business with Americans. He said if he were Canadian, it would be no problem.
